Join us for a goal-driven dance session followed by a workshop on making moves toward executing our purpose. This is part one of Fit4Purpose's spring series: #MoveInPurpose, where we explore the connection between seasonal transitions and goal-setting tactics. Let's get active and healthy in order to move in purpose, together!

What to Expect

- A 45-minute invigorating dance session to get our minds and bodies stimulated in purposeful action

- Community conversation around our mental/physical health and goal setting

-Rejuvenating refreshments

*Please come dressed to move and sweat. NOTE: There will be time for networking and conversation after the dance session. Feel free to bring a change of clothes if need be.

About f4P

F4P events are dance + mindfulness experiences where the mental and physical align to help you activate purposeful actions. We do this by curating forward-thinking doers in the mental + physical health space to help lead mental fitness sessions that workout the mind AND body. There will always be conversation. There will always be mindfulness. And there will always be reckless dancing.

Our events look to open up conversations about depression (specifically amongst women and people of color), as well as explore the positive correlations between mind + body health. We’re talking about mental health and being unapologetically fun about it.
